Detail & Level Survey
Detail and Level Surveys with contours when required by Architects and Development designers. Council requires this type of survey for most development designs.
Most Councils now require these surveys to be carried out by a Registered Surveyor.
Boundary Marking Survey
Registered surveyors are the only qualified people able to mark the position of existing boundaries. On many occasions fences are out of position so when replacing it is wise to have a survey done.
Identification Survey
They are generally for Conveyancing purposes (sale or purchase), boundary location, building occupation certificates and re-placing fencing.
This survey has a plan and report signed by a Registered Surveyor.
Subdivision
For over 35 years we have carried out Strata & Torrens Title surveys along with complex Re-definition Surveys and Old Systems Title.
